ASSA ABLOY Italy is glad to inform you that as of January 1, 2007 the merger through incorporation of the following companies:

• Security Systems S.p.A.
• Security Products S.r.l.
• Mab S.p.A.

into ASSA ABLOY Italia S.p.A (incorporating company) shall become effective. Owing to such merger, ASSA ABLOY Italia S.p.A. will take up all the rights and existing contractual obligations previously held by the incorporated companies.

Furthermore, the trademarks belonging to and/or managed by the incorporated companies will be transferred to ASSA ABLOY Italia S.p.A., including Yale, Corni, Mab, Nuova Feb and Corbin which will continue to appear on all related marketed products as in former times.
